Polyester is our most durable webbing, with a breaking strength between 3,500 lbs. and 10,000 lbs, and excellent abrasion and UV resistance. This webbing can be sublimated, that is, imprinted with your custom pattern, logo or solid color! The result is vibrant, color-fast colors, logos and patterns! Our Flat Nylon Webbing is what is commonly referred to as "pet quality". It has a smooth feel, slightly glossy appearance, and medium abrasion resistance. Flat nylon has a breaking strength between 2,775 lbs. and 5,500 lbs. |

Polypropylene webbing is commonly referred to as Heavyweight Polypro, Medium weight Polypro and Lightweight Polypro. This webbing is not as strong as flat nylon or polyester , and has a low abrasion resistance. It has excellent UV protection, and does not absorb water, making it rot and mildew resistant. |
Hardware Options:
D rings and O rings are the most common hardware options for a pet collar. Our D rings come in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 2" and Either light wire or heavy wire. Our O rings come in sizes ranging from 1/2" to 3 1/2".
Side release buckles are great for dog collars, because they are quick to secure and release. Just press in the tabs on the side! Out side release buckles come in plastic, metal and a hybrid version with a metal female end and a plastic male end. Tongue buckles are also a good choice for pet collars. All of the metal hardware above (and even the metal half of the hybrid buckles) can be powder coated with any of our 19 stock powder coating colors to match your custom collar.
